We are excited to announce our new partnership with Evans Catering. Evans Catering will be our contracted caterer for Sunday buffets, Tuesday dinners, lunch during the week, and all other Coharie special events.
August 2
Burgundy beef tips, Coharie chicken breast grilled and topped with cheese, bacon, and red onions, fresh buttered spinach, golden rice pilaf with raisins, Chef’s medley of vegetables, roasted red potatoes, salad bar, rolls, and desserts.
August 9
No Sunday Buffet. Member-Guest weekend

Grilled turkey cutlets, Swedish meatballs, stir fried pork and vege-tables, citrus glazed carrots, mashed potatoes, buttered egg noodles, rolls, salad bar, and desserts.
August 23
Country style steak, fettuccini alfredo with chicken, smoked sausage with peppers and onions, steamed white rice, country-style kale, squash casse-role, salad bar, rolls, and assorted desserts.

Roast pork loin with apple bourbon glaze, southern fried chicken, country-style green beans, macaroni and cheese, candied yams, brussel sprouts, with bacon and onion, salad bar, rolls, and assorted desserts.
