Sunday Lunch Menus
We are excited to announce our new partnership with Evans Catering. Evans Catering will be our contracted caterer for Sunday buffets, Tuesday dinners, lunch during the week, and all other Coharie special events.
July 5
Fried chicken, baked lasagna, fresh sautéed spinach with garlic, corn on the cob, country-style green beans, potatoes au gratin, salad bar, rolls, and desserts.
July 12
Beef stroganoff, Hawaiian chicken, buttered egg noodles, baby lima beans, citrus glazed carrots, Brussel sprouts with bacon and onion, and desserts.
July 19
Stuffed pork loin, chicken cacciatore, golden rice pilaf with raisins, whole baby green beans almondine, scalloped potatoes, chef’s medley of vegetables, rolls, salad bar, and assorted desserts.
July 26
Roasted turkey with cornbread dressing, baked ham, country-style fresh kale, candied yams, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry chutney, and desserts.
