After receiving feedback regarding the dinner menu offered every Tuesday night Coharie’s House Manager, Illona Egge, and Chef Steve Clarke have created a dinner menu that they hope will attract more members to the Tuesday night dinner service. Among the new items offered will be appetizers and a dessert, as well as a revolving Chef’s selection of seafood and pasta. This week’s Chef’s selection will be a fresh grilled vegetable pasta with garlic toast and a pan-seared salmon with vegetables and rice pilaf. Call the Country Club to make your reservation!

Cajun Seafood Platter: Blackened Tilapia, Sautéed Shrimp, Dirty Rice, Green Beans
Chef’s Pasta Selection:
Pasta Rustica: Roasted Grape Tomatoes, Roasted Red Peppers, Onion & Garlic, Olive Oil over Pasta with Garlic Cheese Toast
